How to Change Proxy Setting for Vbuzzer?

Hello my dear customer...

I am sorry that you have to go through this process because Vbuzzer no longer accepts the old setting. I hope this page will help you about that.

Vbuzzer used to set "209.47.41.24:80" as the proxy for all three voip adapters I sell. Vbuzzer no longer uses that proxy. Therefore, all Vbuzzer users have to make this change on their own. Otherwise, your voip adapter with old proxy setting will not work.

STEP 1: Is making this change difficult? No, it is not. Here is the first question you should ask yourself: what type of voip adapter did you buy from me? I sell three PAP2 voip adapters. Please look at this page. Once you know your voip adapter type, then come back here.

STEP 2: Now you also have to find out how to login its configuration page. And once you login its configuration page, please come back to this page. Here is how you do that:

- If you have the adapter, sold for $75 (Unlocked PAP2), please click here to learn how to open its configuration page. After that, please come back to read STEP 3.

- If you have the other two voip adapters, sold for $100 and $150, please click here to learn how to open its configuration page. After that, please come back to read STEP 3.

STEP 3: Now I assume that you are looking at the configuration page of your voip adapter. You should be able to see all tabs like "Info", "System", "SIP", "Provisioning", etc. Click on Line 1 tab. Go little bit down. You will see a section called Proxy and Registration there and the first setting is "Proxy" and the value over there should be 209.47.41.24:80. That is the setting you need to change. It should be vbuzzer.com:80 and again... That value should be vbuzzer.com:80.

Now go all the way down and save it. That's all. You are done with the change requirement. Now you can continue with your Vbuzzer services.
